Documentation

Data sheets and manuals, matched to your unit.

We share data sheets and installation manuals once we have sized the right unit with you. That way you get documents for the exact model, voltage and configuration you will install, not a catalog to guess from.

Start with your numbers →
Bespoke units

Built to your application.

The standard range covers most compute loads, but Quantor's engineers can customise a unit around your application and demand. Tell us what you are cooling and we will work out the configuration with you.

RedundancyThe MCK 642 is a dual-circuit version of the MCK 641, with one compressor in each circuit so cooling continues if a circuit goes down. It is roughly twice as wide as the single-circuit unit.
Pumps matched to the loopBuilt-in centrifugal pump at about 3–4 bar. Variable-speed, high-pressure or low-pressure pumps are available on request for Chilly Max and MCK.
Controls and integrationOptions such as a Modbus interface for your building management system can be added to suit how your site is run.

Fixed speed or i model

Steady load or changing load? Pick the drive.

Chilly Max and MCK sizes come as fixed-speed units, and selected sizes also come as i models with an inverter compressor. If your equipment runs at full load most of the time, the fixed-speed unit is the simpler choice. If the load rises and falls through the day, the i model follows it. Other sizes can be built as i models; a data sheet and quote take about two weeks.

Inverter compressor

Compressor speed follows the heat load, holding supply temperature steady with fewer on/off cycles and lower energy use at part load.

Variable-speed pump

Available on request for Chilly Max and MCK. It holds constant pressure as flow changes, from one cold plate to eight, up to 7 bar (100 psi).

Variable-speed fan

Condenser fan speed adjusts to conditions for quieter, more efficient heat rejection.

Modbus to your BMS

Modbus communication with your building management system (BMS): optional on all units.

When an i model makes sense
  • Heat loads that swing widely, such as training runs, test cycles or racks that come and go
  • Loops with a high pressure drop through dense manifolds and cold plates
  • Sites where part-load energy use matters, or where a building system needs to monitor the chiller
Example: a 16 kW edge clusterNeed the full 16 kW around the clock? The fixed-speed MCK 181 fits.Need the full 16 kW by day but only part of it in the evening and overnight? The MCK 181i follows the load down.
